About

The yearbook PWPM – Review of International, European and Comparative Law has been continuously published since 2003 under the ISSN number 1730-4504. It was modelled after the special issue of European Forum entitled European and Circumeuropean Legal Area. 

Since 2009 the PWPM has been included on the list of the Polish Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Currently the yearbook has 20 metric points.

The PWPM, one of the leading law journals in Poland, is a bilingual (Polish and English) peer-reviewed academic journal based at the Institute of European Studies, the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. The PWPM publishes innovative scholarly research and critical examination of issues in international, EU, and comparative law. The PWPM’s coverage extends beyond public international law, encompassing articles that address private international law.

The PWPM is an open access journal: all content is free to access and read. All accepted submissions are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License-ShareAlike 4.0 (CC-BY-SA). There are no submission or publication charges for the authors or their institutions.
