The Institute of European Studies receives four prestigious research grants from the European Commission

We are proud to announce that the Institute of European Studies has recently been awarded four important grants from the European Commission in the scheme of Horizon Europe programme.

A team of academics from the Faculty of International and Political Studies and Faculty of Philosophy will be involved in the projects.

The winning grants:

  • SHAPEDEM-EU. Rethinking and Reshaping the EU’s democracy support in its Eastern and Southern Neighbourhood.
  • REGROUP. Rebuilding governance and resilience out of the pandemic.
  • RECLAIM. Reclaiming Liberal Democracy in Europe.
  • ARCHE. Alliance for Research on Cultural Heritage in Europe.
