Serving as REACTIK’s national event, the panel discussion was organized as an accompanying event of the 5th Emirati Film Review in Poland. It was an opportunity to discuss a practice and a philosophy of the cultural and public diplomacy of the United Arab Emirates in Europe and beyond. The Emirati model of public and cultural diplomacy and its efficiency will be looked upon in light of rapidly changing international environment. The panelists will try to redefine the role of culture in the Emirati foreign policy. There were 25 participants attending the event.
