The meeting was organized in the hybrid format. Apart from the discussions on current consortium affairs and deliverables, the academic component was also present – Presentations by Natalia Chaban, Bożena Gierat-Bieroń and Daniel Gołębiowski were held and discussed. We also organized a workshop on food diplomacy, during which we not only learned how to prepare certain local delicacies, but also were told about the role of the food in cultural exchanges.
