During the REACTIK meeting in Kraków a synergy was created between our project and another research endeavor carried out at the Jagiellonian University – REGIOPARL, and specifically with its cultural aspect. In this collaboration, we connected cultural diplomacy on the European level to the regional, or even citizens’ level. It included an art installation - the Outer Space Transmitter, through which the EU citizens were able to send the message into space about their stance on EU citizenship. Almost 200 people took part in this performative art initiative.
