15 stycznia na Wydziale Studiów Międzynarodowych i Politycznych UJ odbył się wernisaż poruszającej wystawy „Impossible Witnesses”, przygotowanej przez Adisę Čakanović, studentkę studiów magisterskich programu Euroculture Erasmus Mundus w naszym Instytucie.  

Studenci naszego Wydziału spotkali się wczoraj z Marcinem Witkowskim, absolwentem Instytutu Studiów Europejskich UJ pracującym obecnie w Parlamencie Europejskim, oraz z Szymonem Filipcem, Ambasadorem Karier UE na UJ, aby porozmawiać o możliwościach i specyfice pracy w instytucjach Unii Europejskiej.

Studenci II roku programu Joint BA in European Studies zaprezentowali w holu głównym Wydział Studiów Międzynarodowych i Politycznych UJ przygotowane przez siebie plakaty na temat integracji europejskiej.

W dniu 11 grudnia 2024 r. dr Marta Pietras-Eichberger z Instytutu Studiów Europejskich przeprowadziła zajęcia w klasie 2 w ramach współpracy ISE UJ z Zespołem Szkół Nr 1 im. św. Rafała Kalinowskiego w Krakowie.

21-22 listopada 2024 r odbyła się konferencja “Securing Europe’s Future” - Polish Pre-Presidency Conference (PPC), która zgromadziła naukowców, przedstawicieli władz, członków społeczeństwa obywatelskiego oraz studentów we wspólnej debacie nad wyzwaniami i priorytetami zbliżającej się polskiej prezydencji w UE.

W dniach 5-6 grudnia 2024 w Instytucie Studiów Europejskich UJ odbyła się debata ekspercka oraz seminarium doktorancko-studenckie pod hasłem "Exploring the Collapse of the Bipolar World and the Emergence of a New Identity in Eastern Europe and Its Sub-Regions".

This publication is the result of a project aimed at promoting European values and reflecting on the role of the European Union in shaping contemporary societies. Organised on Europe Day in the crucial year of the 20th anniversary of Poland’s accession to the European Union and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Institute of European Studies, the project provided a platform for social dialogue, education and collective commemoration of these important milestones.
