Dr. Tadeusz Kopyś from the Institute of European Studies conducted a seminar entitled "The Hungarian diaspora in the world after 1945" on February 19, 2025, at the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Pretoria in South Africa, at the invitation of Prof. Karen Harris and Prof. Ian McQueen.

W dniu 5 lutego 2025 r. w V Liceum Ogólnokształcącym im. A. Witkowskiego w Krakowie w ramach współpracy z Instytutem Studiów Europejskich dr hab. Tadeusz Kopyś przeprowadził zajęcia na temat: Węgry. Ustój polityczny państwa.
Uczniowie III i IV klasy po zakończeniu zajęć wzięli udział w dyskusji.

Dr Marta Pietras-Eichberger przeprowadziła 4 lutego 2025 r. zajęcia w V Liceum Ogólnokształcącym im. A. Witkowskiego w Krakowie w ramach współpracy z Instytutem Studiów Europejskich zatytułowane Zielony Ład: założenia i wpływ na nasze życie.

On Friday, December 13, students of European studies programmes had fun together during a pre-holiday gathering at our Institute. It was cheerful, and between the contests for the ugliest Christmas sweater, building Krakow nativity scenes in a timed challenge, and singing Christmas carols karaoke-style, we enjoyed snacks brought by the students.

At the invitation of the Ministry of Justice, Prof. Kinga Gajda, Dr. Agnieszka Gawlas-Zajączkowska and Dr. Przemysław Tacik represented our Institute during the conference "Denial, distortion and disinformation: the truth about the Holocaust 80 years after the liberation of KL Auschwitz" organized at the Polin Museum of the History of Polish Jews.
