Marta Lustofin is a graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology, where she completed a Master’s degree in Management and Marketing at the Faculty of Management. She has developed her expertise in finance through specialised training, including courses in accounting, as well as through extensive experience in the administrative and financial management of numerous research and educational projects at the Institute of European Studies.

Her portfolio includes involvement in programmes such as Jean Monnet, Erasmus+, and OPUS projects. She has also provided administrative leadership for projects in which the Institute of European Studies acted not only as a partner but also as the lead institution. In addition, she has participated in international academic staff mobility initiatives, including Erasmus+ exchanges.

She has a strong interest in culture and foreign languages, including Turkish, English, and Italian. She enjoys travelling and seeks to gain new knowledge, inspiration, and perspectives from her journeys.
