Dr. Elodie Thevenin is a postdoctoral researcher at the Institute of European Studies of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She is currently working on the Horizon-Europe project “REDIRECT – The REpresentative DIsconnect: diagnosis and strategies for RECTification.” Her academic interests encompass topics related to European integration, migration, and political discourse. Her doctoral thesis provided a comparative analysis of parliamentary debates on migration in selected national parliaments in Europe to unpack political actors’ underlying viewpoints on European integration. She previously worked as a research assistant on the EU Horizon 2020 project “EU Differentiation, Dominance and Democracy (EU3D)”.
