Małgorzata Jagła is a graduate of Public Administration and Political Science at the Jagiellonian University. She has also completed postgraduate studies in Human Resource Management at the Cracow University of Economics and Logistics Systems Management at AGH University of Science and Technology.

She has professional experience in event organisation, logistics, and client services, gained, among other roles, through coordinating conferences at the Jagiellonian University, negotiating with suppliers, and managing logistical processes. She has also worked in international customer service, HR, and administration.

In her free time, she is passionate about interior design and spatial planning, both in domestic and garden settings. She enjoys creating aesthetically pleasing, harmonious spaces, while macramé allows her to develop her creativity and express herself through craft.
