Monika Simpson holds a Master’s degree in Polish Philology from the Jagiellonian University, as well as postgraduate qualifications from the University of Agriculture in Kraków in the field of cultivation and use of medicinal plants.

She has many years of professional experience in public relations and investor relations. During her work in PR and IR agencies, she delivered a range of projects focused on brand building for international companies and institutions. She led promotional campaigns related to companies entering the Warsaw Stock Exchange, corporate communication with the media and investors, website management, and graphic design.

In her free time, she enjoys exploring forests and meadows, where she photographs and forages for wild edible plants and mushrooms. She also practises natural dyeing of wool and silk using plants she cultivates in her own garden, as well as weaving and eco-printing. She is fond of cats, many of whom are also fond of her.
