Key Responsibilities
- Academic coordination of the English-language programmes BA in European Studies and MA in European Studies, including student support and updates to the curriculum
- Preparation of informational materials and organisation of Orientation Days
- Administrative support for IMCEERES and EPS students within the USOS system
- Support for the IMCEERES and EUROCULTURE programmes
- Member of the recruitment team for the English-language BA and MA programmes in European Studies
- Coordination of the ISE alumni network
Rita Hornok is a graduate of the Central European Studies programme at Comenius University in Bratislava (BA) and the European Studies programme at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (MA). She has also completed postgraduate studies in Nationalism Studies at the Central European University in Budapest. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Political Science and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.
She has extensive experience as a research assistant in international projects, including those funded by Horizon Europe and the Visegrad Fund, as well as in university administration. Since 2019, she has served as Academic Coordinator of international study programmes at the Institute of European Studies, Jagiellonian University.
She also has teaching experience as a lecturer at the Institute of European Studies at Jagiellonian University, as well as at Lund University and Charles University in Prague.
She is fluent in Hungarian, English, Polish, and Slovak.
