The report "Razem poprzez kulturę" ( "Together through culture") presents recommendations developed in the participatory process for the city and cultural institutions regarding activities aimed at integrating people with experience of migration - the so-called new residents - with the old ones.

In this publication we attempt to bring the reader closer to the various elements that make up East-Central Europe region’s common cultural and historical heritage.
This heritage can be described in many different dimensions. We have adopted various methods of interpreting this phenomenon and have taken into account various aspects that make it possible to look at this region in a global way.

The authors of the chapters in this report address discursive trends, constructed meanings and policy analyses in relation to prevailing constitutional trajectories in the debate on the future of Europe.

The right of peoples to self-determination seems well-settled and covered extensively in the scholarly record. Yet old Trotsky's question - of whom is this right and to what? - haunts the self-determination literature. Somehow almost every work on it begins with an expression of puzzlement. This right turns out to be elusive, underdefined in its scope and content, paradoxical in almost every aspect.
