The final conference of the Horizon Europe project REGROUP (Rebuilding Governance and Resilience Out of the Pandemic) was held on 24–25 June 2025 at the European University Institute in Florence.

Z radością informujemy, że zawarte zostało porozumienie o współpracy pomiędzy ISE a Muzeum Historycznym Miasta Krakowa – Kamienicą Hipolitów, Oddziałem Muzeum Historycznego Miasta Krakowa.

With great pride and satisfaction, we are very happy to note that nominations in this year's edition of the ‘Student Laudations’ were received by three of our Institute's employees: Dr hab. Magdalena Góra, Prof. UJ, Ms Dorota Krętkowska, and Dr Mirosław Natanek. After voting by the students of the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the Jagiellonian University, the awards went to Ms Dorota Krętkowska and Dr Mirosław Natanek!

That was an intense weekend! The Institute of European Studies celebrated the 25-year anniversary of our English-language degree programmes! We had panel discussions, we had banquets (with lots of blue cake), we had slide shows of years gone by, we had vodka tasting, we had a salt mine tour, and we had a vineyard tour. But most of all, we got to see old friends and colleagues and talk about where we have been and where we are going.

W dniach 29-30 maja 2025 r. na Wydziale Studiów Międzynarodowych i Politycznych UJ odbyła się Międzynarodowa Konferencja Naukowa „Od Mitteleuropy do środkowoeuropejskiej tożsamości”, zorganizowana przez Koło Naukowe Obszaru Niemieckojęzycznego we współpracy z Kołem Naukowym Europeistyki UJ oraz Instytutem Studiów Europejskich UJ.
