Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of the USOS (University Study-Oriented System)
- Administrative support for Polish-language undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes
- Management of teaching loads – including planning course allocations, teaching hours (pensum), and settlement of completed teaching
- Administration of the “sylabus.uj” application
- Support for the financial administration of international research projects
Izabela Fulanty holds a degree in Law from the Jagiellonian University. She has extensive experience in comprehensive administrative support and in coordinating processes within the USOS system at the Institute of European Studies.
She is responsible for overseeing the effective delivery of study programmes, working closely with academic staff, administrative teams, and students across all levels of study. She provides day-to-day support in the use of the USOS system, coordinates course enrolment processes, ensures the accuracy of data input, and manages the “sylabus.uj” application.
She also has experience in the administrative management of research projects, including programmes such as Horizon Europe and Jean Monnet. In addition, she has developed professional expertise through participation in international academic staff exchange programmes, including Erasmus+.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, travelling, and engaging in activities supporting animal welfare.
