Key Responsibilities

• Supporting international students in adapting to life at the Jagiellonian University
• Assisting international students with residency legalisation procedures
• Organising integration and educational activities outside the University
• Providing administrative and organisational support for English-language programmes delivered at the Institute of European Studies, as well as for broader university initiatives (including recruitment, conferences, meetings, and study visits)

Paulina Pilipiuk holds degrees from the Jagiellonian University in Cultural Management and Media Studies and Cultural Anthropology. She has experience working in international environments, gained through roles in cultural institutions and non-governmental organisations.

She specialises in initiatives supporting international students, particularly in relation to adaptation processes and matters connected with the legalisation of stay.

Since 2021, alongside her work at the University, she has co-created and coordinated the Multicultural Centre in Kraków, a project providing comprehensive support to individuals with a migration background living in the city.

In her free time, she is passionate about travel, good coffee, and artisan bread.
