Academic Conference: “The Iron Curtain and the Politics of Memory”

On 25 June 2026, the Faculty of International and Political Studies at the Jagiellonian University will host the international academic conference entitled “The Iron Curtain and the Politics of Memory”. The event will focus on the memory of the Iron Curtain, memory politics, national identity, and contemporary political narratives in Central and Eastern Europe.
