The Institute of European Studies at the Jagiellonian University has renewed its partnership with a local stakeholder in Oświęcim—the Jewish Educational Center Foundation, which runs the Jewish Museum in Oświęcim.

In December 2025, thanks to the efforts of Professor Kinga Gajda, Director of the Institute of European Studies, and Professor Tadeusz Kopyś, our institute signed an agreement with the Congress of Urban Movements (KRM) based in Gdańsk.

On 19 December 2025, thanks to the efforts of Professor Kinga Gajda, Director of the Institute of European Studies, and Professor Tadeusz Kopyś, the Institute of European Studies signed a cooperation agreement with the Polish Club “Polonus”, based in Brno (Czech Republic).

Prof. Kinga Anna Gajda, Director of the Institute of European Studies, and Prof. Tadeusz Kopyś, the Institute’s schools cooperation coordinator, attended the Centennial Jubilee Gala marking the school’s naming in honor of Tadeusz Kościuszko.

On 4 December 2025, Prof. Kinga Anna Gajda signed, on behalf of the Institute of European Studies, an agreement with the Beskidy Euroregion, a cross-border cooperation association that brings together partners from Poland and the Czech Republic and supports the development of the border area and joint local initiatives.
