On 8-9 July 2024, the Faculty of International and Political Studies of the Jagiellonian University hosted the 8th International Congress of Contemporary Educational Research.

The main theme of the Congress was "Education, Science, Art, and Society in the 21st Century: Innovative Approaches and Competences".

Call for applications - Remembrance Podcasts: Persecution of queer people under National Socialism

For decades, queer people were marginalised from the commemoration of those persecuted by National Socialism. Queer activist groups have been instrumental in ensuring that queer experiences and stories now have a place in the culture of remembrance. Nevertheless, there is still much to be understood about their persecution and its consequences since 1945. We are looking for students from Germany and Poland who would like to explore this topic from different perspectives.
