Dr hab. Haris Dajč jest wykładowcą gościnnym w Instytucie Studiów Europejskich od 2019 roku. Uzyskał doktorat z historii na Wydziale Filozofii Uniwersytetu w Belgradzie w 2015 roku. Posiada dwa tytuły magistra z historii (Uniwersytet w Belgradzie 2008) oraz studiów regionalnych (SSEES UCL 2011). Jego zainteresowania badawcze obejmują Bałkany i Morze Śródziemne w okresie od XVIII do XXI wieku, rozpad Jugosławii i rozwój populizmu w krajach byłej Jugosławii, historię Żydów na Bałkanach w XVIII-XXI wieku oraz historię miejską i zdrowotną.
Był kierownikiem naukowym w imieniu Uniwersytetu w Belgradzie w dwóch projektach: „FATIGUE - Opóźnione zmęczenie transformacyjne w Europie Środkowej i Wschodniej” (2018-2021) oraz „POPREBEL - Populistyczna rebelia przeciwko nowoczesności w XXI wieku w Europie Wschodniej: neotradycjonalizm i neofeudalizm” (2019-2022). Oba projekty były rozwijane we współpracy z Instytutem Studiów Europejskich. Był koordynatorem akademickim modułu JM EUBAL (Unia Europejska i Bałkany: Procesy modernizacji i wyzwania integracji europejskiej). Od 2017 roku brał udział w projektach archiwalnych i badawczych z Fundacją Rothschild Hanadiv Europe, koncentrując się na lokalnych archiwach w Serbii i Chorwacji. Był zaangażowany w wdrażanie i nadzorowanie Ustawy o Restytucji Żydowskiej w Serbii od 2018 do 2024 roku.
